By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Products & Images

Images used on our website and social media are for reference purposes only.
Due to seasonal availability and freshness standards, slight variations in colours, flowers, packaging, fillers, cake designs, or product styling may occur.
We may substitute flowers or items with equal or higher value to maintain quality without prior consent for minor changes.
For major changes, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time due to market fluctuations (especially for flowers and cakes).
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We accept domestic & international payments through secure third-party payment gateways.
We do not store or access customer card or banking details.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, location restrictions, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Customers may cancel an order only if preparation has not begun.
Once prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Approved cancellations are issued as store credit only (no refunds).

5. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made within Udupi, Manipal, and surrounding areas based on available serviceability.
Delivery time slots are approximate; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, festivals, etc.).
Customers must ensure correct delivery address and recipient contact details.
If the recipient is unavailable or address is incorrect, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

As products are perishable and customised, no returns or full refunds are offered.
In case of genuine quality issues, we may offer a replacement at 50% charge of the original order value.
The remaining 50% will be issued as store credit/coupon for future purchases.
Issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery, with clear photo/video proof.

7. Custom Orders & Requests

Customised gifts, cakes, hampers, or surprise deliveries must be requested in advance.
Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Any additional service charges for special requests will be informed before confirmation.
