For locations outside our direct delivery radius, additional charges or availability restrictions may apply. Please check delivery options at checkout or contact us on WhatsApp for clarity.

2. Delivery Timings

We offer flexible delivery options to suit your gifting needs:
⏱️ Standard Delivery: Available throughout the day
⚡ Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before the cut-off time
🚀 2-Hour Express Delivery: Subject to product availability & location
🎉 Special Time Slot Delivery: Can be scheduled on request (extra charges may apply)
Festival days, weekends, or high-order-volume days may impact slot availability.

3. Shipping / Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on pincode, distance & delivery slot.
Charges will be displayed at checkout.
Any additional charges for special requests will be informed before confirming the order.

4. Delivery Guarantee & Delays

We always strive to deliver on time. However, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, such as:
Traffic or weather conditions
Address or contact issues
High-volume festive seasons
Sudden product unavailability
If any delay is expected, our team will notify you promptly.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via Email or WhatsApp.
We will also share order updates such as “Out for Delivery” and “Delivered” along with proof of delivery, when possible.

6. Recipient Availability

Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location and contactable.
If unavailable, we will attempt one of the following:
Contact the recipient or sender for instructions
Leave the order with a neighbour/security (with permission)
Reschedule the delivery (additional charges may apply)
No refund will be offered if delivery fails due to customer-related issues such as wrong address, unreachable phone, or recipient refusal.

7. Delivery of Perishable Items

Since our products include fresh flowers, cakes, and edible goods, they are delivered with extra care.
We recommend accepting them immediately upon delivery to maintain quality and freshness.

8. Custom Request Deliveries

For unique surprise deliveries (midnight surprises, balloons, setups, gifts with messages, etc.):
Must be booked in advance
May include additional service charges
Execution is subject to feasibility

9. International Orders

We accept international orders and payments from customers abroad who want to send gifts to loved ones in Udupi & Manipal.
Delivery terms remain the same as above.
