Returns & Refund Policy – The Coastal
At The Coastal Blooms, we take great care to deliver fresh flowers, cakes, and gifts that meet our quality standards and match your expectations. Since our products are perishable and custom-made, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Product Images & Variations
Images displayed on our website and social media are for reference and inspiration.
As flowers are seasonal and based on daily market availability, slight variations in colours, flower types, fillers, wrapping, or arrangement style may occur.
We prioritize freshness above exact replication. If a particular flower is not fresh enough or unavailable, we will substitute it with equal or higher value blooms to maintain the beauty of the arrangement.
We will inform you in advance if any major changes are required to your order. You may discuss alternatives with us before we proceed.
2. No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products:
We do not offer returns or full refunds once an order has been delivered or prepared for delivery.
Products such as flowers, cakes, and customised gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Replacement & Resolution Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their experience. If you are dissatisfied with your order due to a genuine quality concern:
We may offer a replacement of the product.
A 50% charge of the original order value will apply for the replacement.
The remaining 50% will be issued as a coupon code or store credit, which can be used on your next order.
Any concern must be reported within 1 hour of delivery, along with clear photos or video evidence.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if preparation has not started.
Once flowers or cakes are prepared/in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Accepted cancellations will be issued as a store credit only (no refund).
5. Wrong Address / Recipient Not Available
No refund or replacement will be provided if:
Wrong address was provided by the customer
Recipient was unavailable, unreachable, or denied delivery
Delivery was delayed due to uncontrollable factors (weather, traffic, festivals, etc.)
Our team will try contacting you and the receiver before marking the order as delivered.
